    • 7.擀成长条,切成小段。揉成小圆子。裹糯米粉。
    • 8.准备好做好的小圆子。
    • 9.准备好米酒。
    • 10.一个鸡蛋打散。
    • 11.锅内水开后,倒入圆子。
    • 12.圆子都浮上水面以后,倒入打散的鸡蛋,搅匀。
    • 13.倒入米酒。
    • 14.水开后即可关火。
    • 15.喜欢甜点的就可以再放些白糖。
