Steps to make 【烟台】清炒豆芽

  • 1.绿豆清洗干净,摘除根须。
  • 2.韭菜根和叶子分开切成段,干辣椒掰开去籽,花椒一小撮。
  • 3.锅中放入一勺花生油,小火煸炒花椒,煸炒到花椒变黑以后捞出花椒丢掉,花椒油留在锅里。
  • 4.放入韭菜梗和红辣椒爆锅。
  • 5.出香味以后,放入豆芽急火快炒。
  • 6.豆芽变软以后调入盐。
  • 7.出锅前放入韭菜叶,也可以放少许生抽调味。
  • 8.微辣脆口。
  • 9.豆芽的纤维素含量很高,具有减肥作用。
