  • 10勺
  • 辣酱粉50克
  • 洋葱1个
  • 胡萝卜1个
  • 白萝卜1个
  • 苹果1/2个
  • 糯米粉5勺
  • 韩国辣酱3勺
  • 韭菜10段

Steps to make 韩国泡菜

  • 1.两勺辣酱(根据个人口味,喜欢辣的可以多加点)
  • 2.所有切好的佐料。
  • 3.全部抹好盐放在一旁,腌10个小时左右。
  • 4.这是腌好的白菜,会出很多水,要倒掉,再冲一遍水,放在一旁备用。
  • 5.根据白菜的多少来决定糯米粉的量。放在锅里加凉水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.一边加热(小火或中火,大火会烤焦)一边搅拌,到糯米粉熟透(透明状)
  • 7.将半个苹果和洋葱切丁,韭菜、白萝卜和红萝卜切丝。有条件的话可以用搅拌机搅成浆。不过我更喜欢切,因为更像韩国电视里面那样。材料就准备就绪了。
  • 8.这时候火可以关掉了,利用灶上的余热就可以了。加入辣椒粉。
  • 9.两勺辣酱(根据个人口味,喜欢辣的可以多加点)
  • 10.所有切好的佐料。
  • 11.拌匀,拌的时候可以用力挤压,让各种佐料的汁融入酱料里。就是要涂在大白菜上的成品。
  • 12.一层一层的抹上酱料。
  • 13.拿可以密封的盒子来装。
  • 14.3-5片白菜就可以装一盒了。
  • 15.放入冰箱冷冻柜,腌上2-3天就可以拿出来吃啦。
