红烧排骨

  • 老抽半勺
  • 生抽半勺
  • 白糖10g
  • 姜片少许
  • 少许
  • 花椒几粒
  • 少许
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 红烧排骨

  • 1.配料备好。
  • 2.排骨焯水备用(焯水步骤省略了)。
  • 3.锅里放入油,温热后放入姜蒜和五香大料,小火炒香。
  • 4.放入排骨翻炒。
  • 5.翻炒到表面微微发黄即可。
  • 6.排骨推到一边,放入一勺郫县豆瓣酱,小火炒香。
  • 7.再翻炒均匀排骨。
  • 8.加入白糖。
  • 9.加入老抽、生抽,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.加入没过食材的开水。
  • 11.烧开后改小火慢炖一小时。
  • 12.排骨软烂后放入土豆,继续炖煮十五分钟,尝咸淡后可调入少许盐。
  • 13.出锅撒少许香菜。
  • 14.微辣的红烧排骨。
