蒜蓉烤茄子
茄子如果按大众化烹调方法是很吃油的,用烤箱烘烤,少油健康,做法也相对简单,关键是茄子的口感绵软入味,非常美味。可以整个烘烤或切厚片,切开后茄子容易熟,蒜蓉的香味更浓郁,烘烤之前如果把茄子皮去掉一部分吃起来就更方便了~

  • 酱油2茶匙
  • 烧烤汁2茶匙
  • 小葱2根

Steps to make 蒜蓉烤茄子

  • 1.备好茄子、蒜瓣;
  • 2.茄子洗净切厚片,蒜瓣去皮剁碎;
  • 3.烤盘上铺上一层锡纸,将切好的茄子整齐码在烤盆上;
  • 4.茄子上面涂抹一层橄榄油;
  • 5.酱蒜蓉铺在茄子上面;
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱中层,以200度烘烤15分钟;
  • 7.小葱洗净切粒,调入烧烤汁、酱油、搅拌均匀;
  • 8.15分钟结束后取出茄子,将汤匙舀起酱汁,淋在茄子上面,再放入烤箱中层,烘烤5分钟即可。
