Steps to make 杏鲍菇炖豆腐

  • 1.杏鲍菇、豆腐、胡萝卜、葱、姜备好。
  • 2.豆腐切成小块,放入油锅中。
  • 3.煎到两面金黄色即可。
  • 4.杏鲍菇切成菱形片。
  • 5.胡萝卜切成菱形片。
  • 6.锅里放油,放入葱、姜爆香,放入胡萝卜翻炒。
  • 7.放入杏鲍菇翻炒。
  • 8.泡发好的木耳洗净。
  • 9.放入锅中翻炒均匀,加点水。
  • 10.放入豆腐炖5分钟。
  • 11.放入盐、白糖翻炒均匀。
  • 12.放入香菜翻炒,加香油、味精调味即可。
