  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 橄榄油40g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 西红柿2个
  • 黑橄榄50g
  • 火腿100g
  • 艾蒙塔奶酪碎100g
  • 4g
  • 胡椒少许

Steps to make 法式咸芝士火腿蛋糕

  • 1.烤箱预热到180度。盆里打入三个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀后倒入过筛面粉,继续搅拌均匀
  • 2.倒入牛奶和橄榄油,搅拌均匀
  • 3.倒入泡打粉,继续搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入洗净,切成长宽1cm左右小块的番茄,火腿,黑橄榄和奶酪碎,撒一些盐和胡椒,搅拌至均匀
  • 5.倒入垫好油纸的烤盘里,放进烤箱中曾,烤50分钟左右
  • 6.也可以倒进小纸杯里,做一小杯一小杯蛋糕~~方便食用哦~~
