Steps to make 圣代糖浆曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化加糖粉打发至颜色变浅、体积变大
  • 2.分次加入打散的蛋液搅打均匀
  • 3.加入圣代糖浆进行搅打
  • 4.打至颜色变浅,呈蓬松的羽毛状
  • 5.加入事先过筛两次的粉类混合物
  • 6.翻拌匀后,用手轻揉成团
  • 7.把面团整理成细长条,用保鲜膜包裹,放入冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 8.取出冷冻至硬的面团,切成薄片
  • 9.取一中号花嘴在表面压出一圈痕迹
  • 10.再用牙签在中心扎四个小孔
  • 11.烤箱预热175°,中层,15分左右
