金黄色的秋天-------玉米大骨头汤
放假已经是第三天了。儿子要上兴趣班的课,都没有时间去玩了。不过上完课回家刚好是做饭时间,看着孩子们把我做的菜都吃光了,是一件很幸福的事哦。儿子的课是体力课程啊,要好好给他吃吃高热量的菜,来恢复他的体力。今天就做了一份玉米大骨头汤(将猪骨头与鲜猪肉的营养成分加以比较,我们发现,其蛋白质、铁、钙和磷等含量,远远高于鲜猪肉。如蛋白质高与鸡蛋120%,高于猪肉100%,高于牛肉61%,高于奶粉23%。铁的含量为奶粉的9倍多,牛肉的8倍多,猪肉的2倍半、鸡蛋的1倍多。而且钙、磷的含量也相当高。

而这些大骨头煲出的汤,更成的上是物美价廉营养丰富,据专家测算,每百克骨头汤含有骨胶原15克、钙20.1毫克、磷37.8毫克,其中的营养成份比植物性食物更容易为人体所消化。)大骨头营养很高再加上粗粮来中和它的油腻,口感就好多了。孩子们可不客气,一扫而光。、

  • 1.材料:猪大骨头750克 胡萝卜半根 玉米2根 姜母5片 料酒半汤勺 盐15克、、
  • 2.先烧2/3锅的温水、
  • 3.把玉米 胡萝卜和姜母洗净切好
  • 4.倒入准备好的料酒
  • 5.放入玉米段
  • 6.放入姜母片
  • 7.再倒入大骨头盖上盖子大火烧开后转小火炖上25分钟
  • 8.再倒入胡萝卜厚片,在炖20分钟
  • 9. 9.在出锅前倒入大概15克的盐
