蓝莓之恋汤圆
买了一瓶的蓝莓果酱,做蛋糕用了点,还有差不多半瓶,就用来做这个汤圆了。原方是用琼脂将果酱凝固了以后包的。我没有用琼脂,直接把果酱放到冰箱冷藏了一天,果酱成较软的块状,我就直接包了,这样包难度稍微大点,但是是纯果酱做的,吃起来比较好吃。感觉这样有难度的也可以参照原方加琼脂。

Steps to make 蓝莓之恋汤圆

  • 1.按100克糯米粉80克水的比例,开水倒入后先用筷子搅拌
  • 2.然后和成白色的糯米面团
  • 3.依然是用开水,还是这个比例,把加了紫薯泥的糯米粉和成紫色面团
  • 4.然后把和好的面团盖上湿的屉布,饧半小时。开水和面,煮好的汤圆会更糯更Q弹。
  • 5.把冷藏的丘比蓝莓果酱取出,面皮压扁,直接用勺子舀出果酱
  • 6.包好的汤圆
  • 7.然后开水下锅,小火煮熟即可。
  • 8.煮好的汤圆,纯纯的果酱馅
