    Steps to make 玫瑰汤圆

    • 1.放入冰糖,大概是1碗水3-4粒。盖严盖子,泡着等煮好汤圆后用
    • 2.1小碗热牛奶,滴入3滴红色食用色素,调匀
    • 3.加2勺糯米粉,调匀
    • 4.再加2勺糯米粉,筷子调匀
    • 5.根据干湿度分次少量加入糯米粉,直到糯米粉搅成棉絮状,看起来干干的不成团
    • 6.这时用手揉成光滑面团。感觉干硬可以适当加一点点刚才泡的玫瑰花茶,如果粘手就是水分太多,加糯米粉就好了。面团非常柔软但不粘手,汤圆才有Q感,才不容易开裂
    • 7.盖上保鲜膜,静止10分钟
    • 8.搓成长条,切开若干小份。分别搓圆,压扁,包入红豆馅(超市买现成的),轻轻在手心搓圆即可
    • 9.沸水下锅,大火煮3分钟,下1小碗凉水,再次沸腾后,转小火煮2分钟即可。刚下锅时注意搅拌以免粘底
