一直想做水果馅元宵,没有合适的水果,家人从海南带回来的鸡蛋果有点压扁了,突然有了灵感,就用鸡蛋果做元宵,试试味道吧!我用了黄米面,喜欢这个金黄的颜色。感觉鸡蛋果肉有点干,又加了点草莓,嘿嘿!味道真是不错呀,草莓这个季节没什么味道,倒是鸡蛋果果香浓郁,黄米面特别黏,炸过的元宵外焦里糯,香而不腻,软软甜甜,非常美味滴。
