Steps to make 原味提拉米苏

  • 1.材料备齐,吉利丁片用冷水泡软,再隔水加热成液体状!
  • 2.蛋黄加细砂糖拌匀,隔水边搅拌边加热到70度。
  • 3.蛋黄糊变粘稠状态。
  • 4.分次加入马斯卡朋拌匀。
  • 5.加入吉利丁液拌匀。
  • 6.淡奶油打发到有轻微纹路状态。
  • 7.分次与蛋黄奶酪糊混合均匀。
  • 8.手指饼蘸咖啡酒,铺在方形模具底部。
  • 9.淡入一半蛋糕糊,铺平。再放一层蘸咖啡酒的手指饼。
  • 10.再倒入剩余的蛋糕糊,抹平,冷藏一夜。
  • 11.冷藏好的蛋糕表面撒一层可可粉装饰即可。
