一口稻荷寿司
一口的分量,酸甜的醋饭,多元的材料,加上富有蛋白质的豆腐皮,不管大人小孩都爱吃。所谓“稻荷寿司”,就是取狐狸爱吃油炸豆腐的传说,用豆腐皮包裹食材下锅油炸所做成的一种寿司。在《守贞谩稿》里这样写道:“天保末年(大约1844年),江户将油炸的豆腐做成一方袋形,把木耳、干瓢等物与饭纳入其中,做为寿司四处兜售。……此名稻荷鮨,或称篠田鮨,因狐而得名,以野干(狐狸在日本古称野干)最好油炸之品故也。此乃最贱价之鮨也……”

Steps to make 一口稻荷寿司

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.煮一锅热饭,倒入适量的盐,醋和糖,调成醋饭,放凉备用
  • 3.煮热水,加点酱油和鸡精调一点味,把油豆腐下去煮一会
  • 4.油豆腐一面开一个小口,等醋饭凉了之后,把它釀在油豆腐里
  • 5.面上放上金枪鱼
  • 6.再挤一点沙拉酱
  • 7.最后撒上一点芝麻就行了,胡萝卜、黄瓜、火腿、腌萝卜切碎按之前的步骤做就可以了。
