元宝肉
快要过年了,也做几道寓意喜庆的大菜,元宝肉寓意来年多财多福。这道菜入口滑润烂糯,油而不腻、入味鲜香。

  • 五花肉500克
  • 鹌鹑蛋16个
  • 八角1个
  • 桂皮1块
  • 香叶4片
  • 辣椒1个

Steps to make 元宝肉

  • 1.五花肉洗净切小块,放入凉水中煮开捞出洗净,准备葱姜、八角、桂皮、辣椒、香叶
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋煮熟去壳
  • 3.先放入五花肉炒干水分,再放入大料、冰糖翻炒
  • 4.放料酒
  • 5.放老抽、生抽
  • 6.移入砂锅,放开水大火煮开后改小火慢炖30分钟
  • 7.放入鹌鹑蛋,放盐再小火焖20到30分钟左右
  • 8.最后收汁撒上葱段,碗底铺上生菜叶,盛入元宝肉即可
