各地的传统食俗各有不同,最经典的要数“立夏蛋”了。立夏吃蛋的习俗由来已久,俗话说“立夏吃了蛋,热天不疰夏”,就是说立夏吃蛋能预防暑天常见的食欲不振、身倦肢软、消瘦等苦夏症状。鸡蛋,性平,补气虚,有安神养心的功能,生病吃鸡蛋可以帮助恢复体力。

Steps to make 立夏蛋~番茄蒸水蛋

  • 1.1.番茄去皮切小,加少许水放入料理机打成汁后加热。
  • 2.2.鸡蛋充分打散。
  • 3.3.把番茄汁倒入蛋液里,边倒边搅拌。倒入碗里,撇去泡沫。(番茄汁和蛋的比较是2:1)
  • 4.4.盖盖子或者保鲜膜,小火蒸到刚刚凝固。
  • 5. 5.蛋液刚刚凝固时放入番茄片和葱花再蒸一分钟。淋上生抽和油即可食用。
