Steps to make 红豆薏米甜酒酿

  • 1.赤小豆和薏米用清水浸泡一个晚上,天热请放在冰箱内冷藏过夜。
  • 2.泡好的赤小豆和薏米冲洗干净,放入美的BB煲玻璃内胆中。
  • 3.玻璃内胆放入电饭煲,倒入纯净水。
  • 4.放入冲洗过的红枣。
  • 5.选择BB煲“宝宝粥”程序,时长2小时。
  • 6.炖煮剩余5分钟时候加入3~4勺的甜酒酿和2块冰糖或红糖。
  • 7.祛湿健脾又营养丰富的红豆薏米甜酒酿就制作完成了。
  • 8.根据口感喜好也可以添加核桃、花生或桂圆等等。
  • 9.若是当早餐可以提前一晚把食材放入电饭煲中预约起,第二天早起就有热腾腾的红豆薏米甜酒酿吃了!
