    • 1.大蒜、姜剁碎,大葱、干辣椒切段,兔肉洗干净切成小丁;
    • 2.兔丁放入碗里加少许老抽,少许白糖,盐,料酒,胡椒粉抓匀腌制30分钟;
    • 3.撒入少许淀粉抓匀;
    • 4.锅中加油烧热,倒入兔丁,中火炸金黄捞出控油备用;
    • 5.锅中留底油下姜蒜,三生川干辣椒,三生川农家花椒小火炒出香味;
    • 6.倒入兔丁大火翻炒均匀;
    • 7.调入鸡精和花椒粉迅速翻炒均匀,最后撒上白芝麻和葱段翻炒均匀即可!
    • 8.大功告成。
