Steps to make 樱桃酱

  • 1.樱桃去核,切碎,加入冰糖粉腌制四小时以上。
  • 2.腌好后连汤一起倒入平底锅中。
  • 3.大火翻炒,炒到樱桃变软,水份蒸发部分后加入冰糖粉。(炒制的过程中保持大火,不停地搅拌,温度我控制在200度)
  • 4.继续大火翻炒,不停地搅拌,最后樱桃变浓稠后加入柠檬汁。
  • 5.再炒五分钟就可以出锅,装瓶。封好口后倒扣,冷却以后就可以放冰箱保存。
