【焦糖布丁】
这是用烤箱烤制的布丁
如果不用烤箱的话用蒸锅也可以
但蒸制时容器要盖上盖子或包上保鲜膜,防止蒸汽滴进布丁

天热放凉后放冰箱冷藏
天冷趁热食用味道也很好哟~~

  • 焦糖酱60克
  • 全蛋2个
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 牛奶300ml
  • 15克
  • 香草香精1ml

Steps to make 【焦糖布丁】

  • 1.1.提前制作焦糖酱。备好各类材料。
  • 2.2.每个布丁杯中倒入一层焦糖酱,覆盖整个底部,备用。
  • 3.3.蛋黄、全蛋放入容器,用打蛋器轻轻打散,不要打出很多泡,然后加入香草香精拌匀。
  • 4.4.牛奶和糖加热至沸腾立即关火。
  • 5.5. 牛奶放凉10秒钟后慢慢倒入蛋黄中,边倒入热牛奶边搅拌蛋黄,避免蛋黄被烫熟。
  • 6.6.蛋液用滤网过滤后倒入布丁杯,布丁杯放入水盘。入烤箱150度,烤约40分钟后取出。
