继续奉上我的第二道菜:喜气洋洋----红红火火羊肉煲,小红椒代表红红火火,一团喜气;羊取自“洋”谐音,祝福大家喜气洋洋过大年,来年的日子更加红红火火!

  • 八角3个
  • 桂皮一片
  • 花椒10克
  • 小红椒20克
  • 桔子皮2片
  • 香叶2片
  • 草果1个
  • 红枣8颗

Steps to make 喜气洋洋----红红火火羊肉煲

  • 1.材料:羊肉,葱,姜,桔子皮,八角,桂皮,香叶,草果,小红椒,红枣,花椒。
  • 2.将羊肉洗净后用清水加花椒和料酒浸泡20分钟。
  • 3.取出控水,冷水入锅焯水。
  • 4.再用流动的水冲净浮沫。
  • 5.将桔子皮,香叶,草果,八角桂皮连同羊肉一同放入压力锅,高压25分钟。
  • 6.开盖后取出各式香料。
  • 7.将羊肉捞起。
  • 8.羊肉原汤备用。
  • 9.炒锅放油烧热,将葱姜放入炒香。
  • 10.加入排骨酱翻炒。
  • 11.将羊肉下锅,加白糖,酱油适量翻炒均匀。
  • 12.放小红椒、红枣入锅,加入羊肉汤。
  • 13.焖10分钟左右至汤汁浓稠即可。
