Steps to make 香肠意粉

  • 1.材料大集合。四根香肠各切开三段,头尾段做章鱼肠仔,中间段再切小块,插入未煮的长条意面。
  • 2.切成条状的培根和插好的意面。
  • 3.头尾段的香肠十字刀切开,别切到底。
  • 4.先开火下意面。加点油加点盐。用筷子搅散,别粘一起了。
  • 5.再煎切好十字的香肠。
  • 6.煎到微焦色盛上来撒海带碎。
  • 7.继续用煎香肠的锅炒培根和蒜头。如果不想吃到蒜头,保留整颗状别切小。
  • 8.培根煎出焦色,下青豆和淡奶油。煮沸。
  • 9.用黑椒盐和鸡精调味,不需要勾芡,白汁太黏糊有人会嫌腻。白汁煮成。
  • 10.白汁浇在煮熟的意面上。
