  • 1.韭菜洗净控干水分切成小段放入碗中
  • 2.打入鸡蛋加入面粉和一小勺食用盐搅拌均匀

  • 4.调成糊状,用筷子挑起很容易滴落
  • 5.锅小火加热薄薄的刷一层香油,倒入韭菜鸡蛋面糊,轻轻晃动锅使面糊均匀平铺,煎至表面稍稍凝固
  • 6.翻面后沿着锅边淋一小勺香油继续煎至饼熟透
  • 7.出锅!切块
