Steps to make 哆啦A梦饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,放入大碗中,室温下软化,筛入糖,揉匀。
  • 2.筛入面粉,加入蛋白和香草精。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,刚开始会觉得有点干,等黄油和面粉充分混合了之后就可以揉成团了。
  • 4.将面团分成原色面团90克一份,45克一份,15克两份,红色面团10克一份,蓝色面团120克一份,10克三份。
  • 5.将45克原色面团揉成20厘米左右的长条,压扁,用竹签在中间压出一个沟槽。
  • 6.将红色面团揉成20厘米的长条,放在原色面条的沟槽中作为鼻子。
  • 7.将两个15克原色面团揉成20厘米的长条,放在红色面条两边作为眼睛。
  • 8.将90克的原色面团擀成长20厘米的厚片。
  • 9.将主体放在厚片上,将厚片的两边裹起来,完成脸部。
  • 10.将三份10克蓝色揉成20厘米长条,分别填在眼睛周围的缝隙中。
  • 11.将120克的蓝色面团擀成20里面长的厚片,两条长边略薄。
  • 12.将蓝色的厚片盖在主体上,和主体粘紧。
  • 13.用保鲜膜将长条面团包裹起来,放在冰箱的冷冻室冷冻30分钟后,取出切5毫米左右的厚片。
  • 14.烤箱预热140度,烤10分钟左右。
  • 15.将巧克力隔水加热融化。
  • 16.放入裱花袋中给哆啦A梦画上表情即可。
