Steps to make 自制冬菜

  • 1. 大白菜洗净凉干
  • 2. 椰菜洗好菜凉干水
  • 3.把菜切成丁
  • 4.先洒上盐300克的盐,用筷子拌匀,洒上盐是有利于菜出水
  • 5.蒜头去皮后准用
  • 6. 出水后的白菜和椰菜,
  • 7. 把蒜头大的切小点,一个切成二,小的不用切,再洒上剩余的200克盐
  • 8. 再次拌匀后即可装罐
  • 9. 罐子一定要先消毒凉干水才可装
  • 10.这是腌制有一个月了的冬菜
