这甜品名称叫糖不甩,是广东的地方传统名点之一,属于广东甜品。口感香甜软滑、醒胃而不腻、味香四溢。糖不甩配料里加了红糖和姜汁,能祛寒正气,特别适合在寒冬季节的情人节。相传“糖不甩”还跟男女姻缘相关呢,地处东坑、茶山、横沥各镇的“埔田片”一带,旧社会男婚女嫁还比较保守,每当媒婆带年青小伙子到女家“相睇”,如果女方家长同意这门亲事,便煮“糖不甩”招呼男方。男方看到端上桌上的是“糖不甩”,知道这门亲事“甩”不了了,于是大功告成,大碗“糖不甩”越吃越香,吃完一碗再添一碗,表明愿意好事成双。所以在情人节当天吃上一碗糖不甩,那么你们的爱情会甜甜蜜蜜,甩也甩不掉。

  • 熟白芝麻8g
  • 红糖50g
  • 100g(煮红糖用)

Steps to make 糖不甩

  • 1.糯米粉装进盆里,倒入清水
  • 2.和成软面团
  • 3.分成14份,搓圆
  • 4.煮锅里的水烧开后,倒入糯米团子,煮至浮起3分钟
  • 5.捞起后放入清水中浸泡
  • 6.锅里加入100克清水,红糖和姜片
  • 7.煮至沸腾后转小火,再煮5分钟左右,将姜片捞起来
  • 8.把糯米团子放入红糖浆里,继续煮4分钟左右,在煮的过程中要将糯米团子翻多几次,上色更均匀
  • 9.花生炒香并研碎,和芝麻、砂糖以及椰蓉一起拌均匀
  • 10.将糯米团子捞起来放在碟子中,淋少量的红糖浆,表面洒上备好的花生芝麻碎
