  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 九三非转基因葵花籽油40克
  • 牛奶20毫升
  • 泡打粉1/2小匙
  • 小苏打1/4小匙
  • 细砂糖50克

Steps to make 香蕉巧克力豆麦芬

  • 1.香蕉100克,要选软点的香蕉,味道更浓郁
  • 2.用汤匙碾成泥
  • 3.鸡蛋一个,加入细砂糖
  • 4.搅匀后加入九三非转基因葵花籽油,再搅匀
  • 5.倒入香蕉泥拌匀后再放入牛奶拌匀
  • 6.筛入低粉和小苏打、泡打粉的混合物
  • 7.用翻拌的方法稍微拌匀
  • 8.加入巧克力豆翻拌几下即可(不要过度翻拌,面粉起筋后影响蓬发)
  • 9.把麦芬糊倒入到小圆纸杯里7分满,上边再加几个巧克力豆点缀即可
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱下层,180度,上下火,20分钟
