小蜗牛面包

  • 高粉300克
  • 黄油20克
  • 3克
  • 牛奶150克
  • 酵母3克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖40克

Steps to make 小蜗牛面包

  • 1.除黄油以外的所有原料放入面包机,反复启动普通面包的揉面程序,共揉面20分钟。
  • 2. 揉到面团拉出薄膜。
  • 3.放入黄油,再次启动普通面包程序,揉面10分钟,把黄油揉进面团里。
  • 4.取出面团,放入烤箱,烤箱下层的烤盘中放入开水,启动发酵程序,如果您那边气温高,也可以室温发酵。
  • 5.面团发至2.5倍大。
  • 6.取出面团揉匀,排气后分成8份儿,每一份儿再分成大,小两个面团,揉匀。做成蜗牛形状。
  • 7.面包坯再次发到1.5倍大后,表面刷蛋黄液,放入烤箱中层,上下火180度,先烤5分钟,烤至表面上色移至烤箱下层,再烤10分钟即可。
