糖醋里脊片(果香版)
自从山楂上市以来,家里的山楂制品就从没断过,这不,之前熬的糖山楂吃完了,还留有一小碗的浓汁,以往都是兑水直接喝的,今天拿来做肉菜吧,味道还真不错,小孩子肯定喜欢吃,酸酸甜甜的,一点不比通常做法的糖醋排骨味道差,颜色也很漂亮,美观又美味,

  • 里脊肉片60g
  • 黑胡椒碎一点点
  • 全蛋液30g
  • 山楂糖浆一小碗

Steps to make 糖醋里脊片(果香版)

  • 1.里脊肉切成薄片,加全蛋液、黑胡椒碎和盐腌制片刻,(盐一定要放足,整道菜的盐味全靠腌制时放的盐量来控制,不过也不要放咸了)
  • 2.腌好的肉片均匀的裹上生粉,
  • 3.放入烧好的热油里炸制,
  • 4.时间不要长,熟就可以了,(时间长肉炸老了就不好吃了,就没有外焦里嫩的口感了,)
  • 5.炸肉的同时另起一锅,倒入山楂糖浆熬煮,
  • 6.炸好的肉放在吸油纸上吸吸油,
  • 7.糖浆熬至浓稠,迅速淋在肉片上即可,还可以撒上少许白芝麻,
