  • 料酒1勺
  • 白醋1勺
  • 菠萝半个
  • 柿子椒1个
  • 淀粉6勺
  • 白糖2勺
  • 番茄酱5勺

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.菠萝、青椒切块
  • 3.肉切小块
  • 4.放入料酒腌制一会,再加入鸡蛋、淀粉
  • 5.抓匀,淀粉多放些,淀粉糊要稠些
  • 6.锅内油烧热
  • 7.下入肉炸至,揉的表皮变硬捞出,油热再复炸一次
  • 8.肉颜色变深捞出
  • 9.锅烧热放少许油,放入番茄酱超出红油,然后放入白糖炒化,再加入酱油、盐、醋炒至变浓稠
  • 10.放入菠萝、青椒炒匀
  • 11.放入炸好的肉块大火翻炒几下,让肉都裹上番茄汁
  • 12.盛出
