腌渍雪里蕻
自己种的雪里蕻,因为经验不够,不太壮,但吃起来还不错,试着腌了咸菜,下粥最好了。自己腌咸菜,材料新鲜、无农药、无添加剂和色素,用具干净,可放心食用。图片为前四个月的,现在天气太热,雪里蕻可能长不出来或长不好。

Steps to make 腌渍雪里蕻

  • 1.把菜风干;
  • 2.先铺一层菜,均匀撒海盐,逐层撒盐,静置数小时;
  • 3.把菜卷成团;
  • 4.在腌菜前把坛子洗净风干,再用高度酒抹里面;
  • 5.把水烧开,放盐和花椒,盐水最好与盐成饱和状态,搅拌均匀,晾凉;
  • 6.把菜放入坛里,倒入盐水,盖好盖子,在边缘上放水,约十天,再看看有没腌透,腌透就可以了,腌好后捞出来入干净瓶子放冰箱,可以保存长些时间;
  • 7.需要食用时捞出来冲洗,滤水,切成小段;
  • 8.开锅,大中火,锅热放油,加盐约1/4茶匙,放辣椒,爆香;
  • 9.倒入雪里蕻,加点糖调味,翻炒透即可享用,下粥佳品。
