Steps to make 棒棒糖蛋糕

  • 1.材料:蛋糕胚:90克、黄油:15克、糖粉:35克、巧克力:100克、装饰物:适量
  • 2.制作:1.海绵蛋糕(去除棕色的表层,仅用内心). 用双手(或手持电动打蛋器打)搓成蛋糕屑。
  • 3.2.将黄油软化,加入糖粉搅拌均匀,成为 黄油糖霜。
  • 4.3.黄油糖霜加入蛋糕屑里,混合均匀
  • 5.4.混合好后,取20克蛋糕体搓圆
  • 6.5.盘子里放张油纸,把搓好的蛋糕体分开放盘子里
  • 7.6.再每个蛋糕体插上棒棒糖棒子,放冰箱冻一会
  • 8.7.巧克力溶化好,取出冰箱里的蛋糕体整个放到巧克力里再拿起来,轻轻转动去除多余的巧克力
  • 9.8.等巧克力不往下滴了再插在泡沫什么的物体上,撒上装饰糖,等巧克力凝固即可
