  • 1.蔓越莓干切碎备用。
  • 2.熟蛋黄过筛备用。
  • 3.黄油切小块室温软化后加入糖粉。

  • 6.加入熟蛋黄,用打蛋器手动拌匀。
  • 7.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 9.加入蔓越莓。
  • 10.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 11.将拌好的面团分成每个8克重的小剂子,搓圆放入不粘烤盘中,中间适当的留一些空隙。
  • 12.用大拇指将面团按扁。
  • 13.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,20分钟。
  • 14.出炉后晾凉即可食用。
