酸爽开胃-----酸萝卜老鸭汤火锅
印象中好象从来没有做过有关鸭子的菜菜,为了做出跟以前不同的火锅,才第一次买了鸭子。
      
平时煲汤都不会用油炒的,但今天因为是做火锅,而且用了酸菜,所以决定先用油炒一下,把食材的香味最大程度地激发出来。
        
今天专门选的老鸭,超市里的工作人员推荐的,说这个用来煲汤最好。

Steps to make 酸爽开胃-----酸萝卜老鸭汤火锅

  • 1.鸭子切块洗净,入沸水中焯去血水,捞起来后再用清水洗净鸭肉身上的血沫。
  • 2.准备一些酸姜酸辣椒。
  • 3.锅里放适量的油,放入花椒姜片和大葱小火炸出香味。
  • 4.把酸姜酸辣椒放入翻炒。
  • 5.把鸭肉倒入翻炒。
  • 6.倒入热水,放2个红枣,大火煮开后,小火炖1个小时。
  • 7.准备好酸萝卜。
  • 8.把酸萝卜倒入汤中,放适量的枸杞,再小火炖1个小时即可。
  • 9.炖好后就可以吃了,汤的味道也很棒呢,酸酸的很开胃,虽然是老鸭,但炖出来后,鸭肉一点都不老,萝卜的味道更好呢。
  • 10.同时可以烫其它自己喜欢的菜菜煮火锅。
