Steps to make 蝴蝶结面包

  • 1.将吐司粉,细砂糖,蛋液,盐,黄油和牛奶倒入揉面缸里,干酵母放在最上面,启动揉面,因为天气热,牛奶和蛋液要冷藏过后再使用。
  • 2.面团揉到出膜的状态即可,这样的面团状态做好的面包才会柔软无比哦,尤其是一次性发酵的。
  • 3.取1/3的面团加入紫薯粉揉成粉色面团,紫薯粉的颜色高温之后容易变色,所以可以往里加两滴红丝绒液,做出来的面包也更好看。
  • 4.将白色和粉红色的面团平均分成6个小面团,盖上保鲜膜松弛,天气热的时候要冷藏。
  • 5.将白色的面团取2一个出来,用擀面杖擀成直径12cm大小的圆形,粉色的擀成9cm的圆形,将粉色的盖在白色面团上面,手轻压贴合。用刀先在中线下方切2条口子,再在上面切一道,其余的分成6份。
  • 6.左右两边的3份面团,将中间那块拿起,两边贴合,再把中间的盖下来,两边都整理好。
  • 7.将最下方的那条面往上盖起来,多余的压在面片底部,好看的蝴蝶结就整理好了,放在温暖的地方发酵膨胀,大约是1.5倍大小。
  • 8.这是发酵好的面胚,鼓鼓的很好看,烤箱上下管180度预热,放进中层烤20分钟左右,大约烤8分钟后盖上锡纸防止上火过度,烤好后取出来放凉即可。
