咖喱虾仁通心面
意面是我家里常备的,
主要是因为特别爱吃,
而且做起来简单快捷,
之前和闺蜜出去逛街,
在进口商品处看到米粒型意面,
便买了一包,做出来就像炒饭一样,
味道很不错!

Steps to make 咖喱虾仁通心面

  • 1.虾仁解冻,去除虾泥洗净,用厨房纸沥干水分;
  • 2.加入料酒和咖哩粉拌匀,腌制10分钟;
  • 3.彩椒切成丝,蒜切成片;
  • 4.取出米粒型通心面;
  • 5.锅里清水煮沸,加入少许橄榄油和盐,放入通心面,至煮熟;
  • 6.将通心面捞出,加入少许香油,拌匀;
  • 7.锅里少许油,加入蒜片炒香;
  • 8.倒入虾仁,翻炒至变色;
  • 9.加入彩椒,翻炒均匀;
  • 10.加入煮熟的通心面;
  • 11.加入少许油咖喱,翻炒均匀;
  • 12.加入少许盐调味,即可盛出。
