经典广式豆沙月饼

Steps to make 经典广式豆沙月饼

  • 1.将月饼皮的材料备好。
  • 2.桢水、转化糖浆和花生油放入盆中。
  • 3.搅拌将融合在一起。
  • 4.高、低筋面粉过筛加入搅拌均匀。
  • 5.静置30分钟后平均分割。
  • 6.放100克的蜜豆和215克的红豆沙拌匀。
  • 7.可以分成9个揉圆。
  • 8.把月饼皮分成15克一个,共有18个。
  • 9.用手把月饼皮压平后,放上豆沙馅。
  • 10.10.用月饼皮包住豆沙馅并封口。
  • 11.11.放咸蛋黃的做法跟上面一样,咸蛋黃和红豆沙加起是35克。
  • 12.放入月饼模具中扶着。
  • 13.压成月饼形状,并放在烤盘上。
  • 14.放入东菱烤箱DL-K30A底层中,上下是150度,烤到月饼表面上色约是15分钟取出。
  • 15.月饼表面刷上蛋黃液连续刷三次。然后再烤10分钟左右。
