  • 1.猪脊骨洗净解冻洗净。
  • 2.猪烧脊骨加生姜焯水后洗净备用。
  • 3.玉米,红萝卜切小段,莲藕切滚刀状。
  • 4.黄豆泡软(黄豆是我打豆浆剩下的)。
  • 5.将所有玉米、红萝卜、莲藕放入瓦罐,加放几块姜片,加水没过原料即可。
  • 6.盖上盖子大火煲开后转小火煲2个小时。
  • 7.到时间了,开动吃咯。
  • 8.玉米好甜好香呢,但是我最喜欢吃里面的红萝卜啦!
