    Steps to make 红烧左口鱼尾

    • 1.首先把整条鱼切开一半,鱼尾装入盘子,用少许与胡椒粉腌片刻。
    • 2.烧热油锅将鱼尾放入大火煎。
    • 3.煎好一边翻转煎另一边,同时放入适量姜丝与大蒜。
    • 4.稍煎之后倒入适量生抽、白糖、水份、辣椒酱盖上锅盖煮沸。
    • 5.汁快收干时撒少许胡椒粉,放入适量葱与香菜即可熄火上碟。
