芦荟还富含生物素等,是美容、减肥、防治便秘的佳品。对脂肪代谢、胃肠功能、排泄系统都有很好的调整作用。

芦荟的做法很多,可以清炒,也可以凉拌等,我比较喜欢用来做汤羹,汤羹里的芦荟丝十分的爽滑,口感有点像冬瓜。肉丝加芦荟,是一个很好的搭配,色泽自然清新、口感不油不腻。

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.瘦肉切成很细的丝,放入碗中,放入少许葱姜水、1/2汤勺料酒、1/3汤勺味极鲜和0.5茶勺的食盐,抓匀腌制片刻。
  • 3.加入适量地瓜粉抓匀,备用。
  • 4.芦荟先切去旁边的刺,然后去皮,取芦荟肉。
  • 5.切成均匀的细丝。
  • 6.锅中烧开适量水,放入芦荟丝焯水1分钟捞出。
  • 7.锅中加入适量清水或高汤,煮开后三、五根的下入肉丝,然后用筷子轻轻拨散。
  • 8.煮开后加入枸杞和芦荟,调入1茶勺的盐。
  • 9.再次煮开后关火,撒入适量葱花增香增色。
