  • 中筋面粉50克
  • 牛奶100毫升
  • 黄油15克
  • 糖粉少许

Steps to make 水蜜桃克拉芙缇

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.水蜜桃去皮切块,加入红糖抓匀腌制备用。鸡蛋敲入碗中,加入白砂糖与香草精混合打至发白。
  • 3.再加入牛奶与朗姆酒,混合拌匀,最后倒入融化后的黄油。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,混合翻拌均匀,再将面糊过筛备用。
  • 5.模具里垫上油纸,然后倒入糖渍蜜桃,倒入克拉芙缇面糊,送入烤箱。烤箱预热180度烤45分钟,烤完放凉后再冷藏一晚。
  • 6.第二天脱模后,表面撒适量糖粉,切块装盘即可。
