五福临门喜迎新春咬春了
今日立春,立春的到来标志着数九寒冬即将结束,气温会逐渐回暖。万物复苏,一年四季重新轮回。立春后往往还会有一段时间比较寒冷,我们称为“倒春寒”。此时还应该注意保暖。
立春别名很多,迎春,送春,打春,咬春等,对于美食爱好者来说,咬春最实在了,单从一个“咬”字就可以看出来,一定有许多有趣的食俗。北方会吃春饼,南方则要吃春卷,习俗不同,各自都很有特色。
咱们今天吃咬春吃春饼!
春饼材料:面粉200克 开水约100克
馅料材料:火腿 胡萝卜 蒜黄 韭菜 豆芽
调料:烹调油 芝麻酱 生抽 芝麻油 盐 醋
做法:

Steps to make 五福春饼

  • 1.将面粉放在碗中,加开水拌成烫面絮。
  • 2.稍凉后用手揉成面团,刚开始面团会比较粗糙,没有关系,稍后再揉,很快就揉光滑了。(我晚上把面团做好,早上起来烙饼子。)
  • 3.将面团揉均匀,搓成长条,切成小剂子。
  • 4.每份剂子都压扁,两份面剂子之间刷上油。
  • 5.压平面剂子。
  • 6.叠起来擀成大片。
  • 7.平底锅干锅烧热,保持小火,放上春饼。两面烙熟,出锅叠在一起保温。
  • 8.准备馅料,火腿切丝,豆芽蒜黄韭菜炒水。其中蒜黄和韭菜焯水后改刀。
  • 9.烙好的春饼及准备好的馅料,另备酱料,这里可以用甜面酱可以用芝麻酱,也可以用喜欢的其它酱料,我备了油醋汁和芝麻酱。
  • 10.9、卷着吃吧,喜欢用什么料就用什么料。
