Steps to make 浪漫玫瑰

  • 1.提前准备好南瓜泥。
  • 2.倒入面粉中,~三光政策要牢记呵呵,水慢慢的加,因为南瓜本身湿度就大!待揉好后静置发酵。
  • 3.面粉不要发太久不然玫瑰不容易蒸出好看的形状会比较散,每张面皮尽量擀圆,然后一张张重叠最后中间用筷子压出横线再卷起。
  • 4.这个是我用的白面做皮,揉进南瓜的面做的花蕊,整理花瓣时尽可能细心点,让花儿有一种绽放的美感!!!
  • 5.整理好后玫瑰的形状。
  • 6.最后上锅蒸12分钟左右,关火焖5分钟。期间需要调整火候,最好不要猛火因为容易把花瓣蒸裂,还有就是在擀皮的时候不能擀的太薄,要均匀一点。
