圣诞树面包
圣诞即将来临,到处洋溢着圣诞的气氛,上次做了圣诞小饼干,这次就来个应景的圣诞树面包。加了淡奶油的面包特别柔软,表面撒了糖粉更受到小朋友的喜爱。

  • 58g
  • 淡奶油54g
  • 绵白糖30g
  • 酵母3g
  • 鸡蛋液35g
  • 黄油28g

Steps to make 圣诞树面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有材料放入面包桶内,启动和面程序,将面团揉至扩展阶段。
  • 2.加入软化黄油,再次启动和面程序,揉至完全阶段
  • 3.收圆,放在温暖处发酵
  • 4.发酵至2-2.5倍大(时间约一小时左右)
  • 5.取出排气,分成18份揉匀(每个约20克左右)
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟
  • 7.再次揉匀放入烤盘上,按梯形排放成圣诞树的样子,用两个小面团揉成一个椭圆形当树柄。
  • 8.放在烤箱里发酵,下面烤盘里放温水,进行二次发酵(烤箱提前预热100°,开两分钟,立即关掉烤箱,温度太高要杀死酵母)
  • 9.发酵至2倍大左右取出刷上蛋液,放入预热烤箱预热180度,烤12-15分钟左右,看到表面金黄即可,取出放凉后撒上糖粉
