Steps to make 【草菇排骨汤】

  • 1.所有材料准备好,排骨和草菇洗净,姜切片;
  • 2.锅内坐水烧开,下入草菇焯掉草味,约30秒,不介意草味的可省略这一步;
  • 3.把草菇捞出,原锅继续放入排骨,焯3分钟;
  • 4.把排骨移入沙锅中,注入适量水;
  • 5.把姜片和米醋放入沙锅中,大火烧转最小火煲50分钟;
  • 6.最后放入草菇,继续煲30分钟(也可以和排骨同时放入沙煲省略这一步);
  • 7.煲好汤后,喝之前调味即可。
