  • 白糖38g

  • 牛奶115g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 蔓越莓吐司

  • 1.主料全部放在一起。
  • 2.混合搅拌。
  • 3.再全部倒入面包机,启动和面功能。
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 5.加入黄油,继续揉面程序,直到面团扩展阶段。收圆面团,静止发酵两小时。
  • 6.面团涨到两倍大即可。
  • 7.取出面团,排气,静止十分钟。
  • 8.加入适量蔓越莓干,揉均匀。
  • 9.分割成等分。
  • 10.整理成你喜欢的吐司或者面包样,静止二次发酵。
  • 11.发酵到模具八分满,提前预热烤箱155℃,烤25分钟左右,表面上色即可。
  • 12.烤好后取出脱模,凉透后切片或者就手撕也可以。
  • 13.香香的蔓越莓吐司。
