蜂蜜芝麻夹心海苔脆
平常囤很多海苔,除了做便当没别的用,时间久了颜色都氧化了,后来经常看有卖那个芝麻夹海苔的,前阵去有机展的时候他们准备的海苔里面有一包芝麻夹海苔,我们就给当零食吃了,很好吃,刚好把家里的海苔和芝麻消耗一下。
大部分配方都用的麦芽糖白砂糖,我手边没有,就直接用有机的蜂蜜和有机酱油做了,做出来也很好吃,蜂蜜的味道浓浓的,甜甜脆脆的,真不愧是一款美味小零食啊,无论宝宝吃还是大人吃都停不下嘴,一张瞬间让我自己咔嚓没了,中间夹上芝麻就是比一张海苔好吃很多啊。

  • 有机龙眼蜂蜜50克
  • 熟白芝麻10克
  • 有机宝宝酱油10克

Steps to make 蜂蜜芝麻夹心海苔脆

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.蜂蜜和酱油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用刷子把蜂蜜汁均匀刷在海苔的毛面上,两张都刷。
  • 4.撒上熟芝麻。
  • 5.盖上另一张用擀面棍擀平整。
  • 6.烤箱预热好上下火中层90度烤15分钟。
  • 7.出炉后切成喜欢的大小。
