五香牛腩煲

  • 五香粉少许
  • 八角3颗
  • 姜片5片
  • 料酒1勺
  • 葱白3根

Steps to make 五香牛腩煲

  • 1.牛腩切块焯水洗净。
  • 2.洗去血水后放高压锅中。
  • 3.加八角,五香粉,姜片,葱白,料酒和漠过牛腩的清水。
  • 4.高压锅上汽后压20分钟。
  • 5.捞出,炖牛腩的高汤留用。
  • 6.锅中放油烧热下入牛腩。
  • 7.加剁椒酱或豆瓣酱炒上色。
  • 8.加适量清水煮开后转小火炖煮10分钟左右。
  • 9.乘炖煮时间将蒜苗和芹菜洗净切段。
  • 10.出锅前投入芹菜与蒜苗,调入花椒油。
  • 11.乘入干锅中,点火上桌。冬天这道菜越吃越暖和。
