家常豉油鸡

  • 老抽1.5汤匙

Steps to make 家常豉油鸡

  • 1.食材集合。
  • 2.把生抽和老抽混合均匀倒入炒锅中,把鸡放进去,给它全身上色,注意要涂抹均匀,腌制2小时以上,中间尽量多次涂抹,此时上色均匀后面的菜品卖相就会特别漂亮,特别注意鸡翅膀下边的部位要多抹几次。
  • 3.把鸡取出,放入生姜,沙姜,小葱,蒜,冰糖,八角,桂皮。
  • 4.大火煮开。
  • 5.大火煮开之后转小火,把鸡放进去,一边煮一边淋酱油,2分钟之后给鸡翻个身,再淋酱油。
  • 6.盖上锅盖焖煮。
  • 7.焖煮3分钟,打开锅盖,再次淋酱油,翻身,盖上锅盖焖几分钟,再打开锅盖,再淋再翻身,如此反复,这步工作做得好,后面的成品就特别漂亮。
  • 8.煮25分钟后,关火,盖上锅盖,再焖5分钟后取出,看看,这色泽,流口水了。降温斩件即可。
