  • 1.买回的扁尖笋很咸,要充分浸泡脱盐。
  • 2.将扁尖刨开浸泡2天后,完全脱盐。
  • 3.将扁尖切条。
  • 4.炒锅放食用油,干辣椒、姜丝炒香。
  • 5.放入扁尖煸炒,放入老抽、蚝油、料酒、食盐、白糖翻炒。
  • 6.加入少许热水焖煮5~8分钟入味,再调入鸡精香油即可。
  • 7.入味的笋,非常的好吃哦。
